Physical Property: It is chocolate brown wax. Melting point≥75℃. Soluble in benzene, gasoline, chloroethene and acetone, insoluble in water.
Application: ODA used as antioxidant for NR, SBR, CR, NBR etc. It has a good protection to resist on heating, oxidation, flexure and breaching. Also used as antioxidant of polyalkenes and lubricant oil. ODA has obviously protecting properties of anti-redshortness in CR compounds, having excellent anti-red shortness especially companied with antioxidant TPPD. ODA can decrease the plasticity of unvulcanized CR masterbatch & shrinkage rates of compounds in calendaring, which will be helpful to adjust size of semi-finished articles & improve storage stability of CR compounds in storage and transportation. ODA mainly used in manufacture of tyre, inner tube, electric cable, galoshes, rubber floorboard, gasket and sponge products and so on.
